Krista graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in 2017, after also completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She has completed additional post-graduate training in functional dry needling (FDN), vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and persistent pain disorders. 

Krista believes in empowering her patients to have the confidence and ability to successfully manage their symptoms. She does this by providing patient education and focusing on an active-based treatment program, in addition to using hands-on techniques for symptom control. Krista also has experience in assisting patients with their return to work after a workplace injury.
