Dr. Peltonen completed his Bachelor of Science in Calgary, prior to training in Saskatchewan for nearly a decade. He completed medical school and residency training at University of Saskatchewan. He is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a Diploma in Electrodiagnostics. He is the inaugural Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine fellow at Vivo Cura Health. Following this 1-year fellowship, he will join the team as an attending physiatrist. His focus will be interventional spine procedures, electrodiagnostics and peripheral joint conditions.

Outside of work, he treasures spending time with his family and getting outdoors to golf and fish.
