Dr. Nancy Enns is a sport medicine and urgent care physician. She was born and raised in Calgary, where she completed a Bachelors of Health Science (Hons) in 2014, Doctor of Medicine in 2018, and family medicine residency in 2020. She has her certification from the College of Family Physician of Canada and a diploma in Sport and Exercise medicine from the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine. Dr. Enns’ biggest achievement is being a mom to her wonderful daughter. 

Dr. Enns has covered the national competitions for diving and figure skating and enjoys working high school football games. When she’s not working sport medicine you can find her teaching medical trainees or working Urgent Care as she enjoys managing acute musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Enns enjoys helping patients get back to their previous (or improved) level of functioning whether that is competitive sport, looking after children, gardening, or daily exercise.

Dr. Enns started playing soccer at 5 years of age and was a member of the University of Calgary Women’s Varsity Team. She now plays recreationally, although when it comes to boardgames she is very competitive.
