He has also completed training in acupuncture and dry needling (Gokavi Transverse Technique – GTT), the McKenzie Method, Vestibular Therapy, and is a Certified Acupuncture Practitioner by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
Fabricio moved from Brazil to Calgary shortly after graduation and has been a clinician ever since. His practice has been focused on sports and musculoskeletal injuries, with special interest for knee and soccer injuries.
He utilizes a great combination of experience, manual therapy and modalities such as acupuncture and dry needles, and believes that every patient requires a unique and individualized assessment and treatment plan.
In 2009, Fabricio started to dedicate some time of his practice to direct and manage physiotherapy clinics, while maintaining his ongoing caseload and further developing his professional skills by pursuing a wide range of post-graduate education courses.
Fabricio is a family-oriented, dedicated father and husband. He played University level soccer and continues to stay active, either by chasing his kids around or by playing soccer, golf, swimming, tennis, and weight training.
